Sometimes the hardest part of promoting your show isn’t knowing what to say. It’s finding the time to say it.
So this week, we’re making it easy. Steal this post. Steal the caption. Make it yours.
We created four ready-to-use social posts designed specifically to help you let clients know your Fall calendar is open and start turning followers into appointments.
Think of them as your own little Fall appointment campaign, already designed and ready to go.
Four Posts. One Simple Goal: Get Clients Booking.
Each of these graphics approaches the invitation a little differently, but they all communicate the same thing: Fall is here. I’m taking appointments. Let’s get something on the calendar.
You can choose the image that feels most like you, or better yet, use all four. Post one every other day leading up to your show to create a steady drumbeat of reminders:
My calendar is open.
I’m booking private appointments.
Let’s find your Fall.
Ready for Fall?
You can even continue posting them while your show is happening. A client who wasn’t ready to book last week might see your post today and realize she doesn’t want to miss out. That’s exactly what these posts are designed to do.
Use Them as a Feeler
Not every social post has to make an immediate sale. Sometimes you’re simply opening the door.
These posts give clients an easy opportunity to raise their hands. Someone might comment. Someone might send you a DM. Someone who has been quietly following along might finally decide this is the season she wants your help. And that gives you a natural reason to start the conversation.
If someone likes or responds to your post, reach out personally.
“I’d love to have you come see the Fall collection. Are you around Thursday or Saturday?”
Social media creates the opening. You create the appointment.
And Yes, You Can Steal the Caption Too.
You do not need to stare at a blank caption box wondering what to write.
Copy this:
My Fall appointment calendar is officially OPEN! 🍂
There is so much to love this season, and I can’t wait to share it with you. I’m now booking private appointments to see what’s new, find the pieces your wardrobe is missing, and put together looks selected specifically with you in mind.
Whether you’re ready for a full Fall refresh or just want to add a few incredible new pieces, I’d love to style you. DM me to reserve your Fall appointment.
Already know you want to come? Send me a message and let’s get you on the calendar.
Make It Personal
Before you post, take 30 seconds and make the caption sound like you. Add the dates of your show. Mention that you only have a few appointments remaining. Tell clients which day still has openings. Add a sentence about something you’re especially excited to show them.
The graphics give you the polished starting point. Your personality and your relationships with your clients are what make them work.
One Post Is Good. Four Posts Create Momentum.
Don’t worry about feeling repetitive. Your clients are not seeing everything you post, and even when they do, repetition can be useful when you’re trying to get people to take action.
Try using the four graphics throughout the days leading up to your show:
Post 1: Announce that your Fall calendar is open.
Post 2: Remind clients that you’re booking private appointments.
Post 3: Highlight the experience: new arrivals, personalized recommendations, pieces selected with them in mind, and one-on-one styling.
Post 4: Give them the final nudge: Ready for Fall?
Then keep the conversation going during your show if appointments are still available. The goal isn’t simply to make your Instagram look active. The goal is to turn that activity into conversations, and those conversations into appointments.
Your Saturday Challenge
1. Download the four graphics from the Curated Community.
2. Choose your first one.
3. Copy the caption.
4. Personalize it with your show details.
And post it. Then, over the next several days, keep going. Your Fall collection is ready. Your calendar is open. Now let’s make sure your clients know it.
To save the images from your computer "right-click" and press"save image." To save on your phone/tablet, "tap" the image and hold for a second and tap "save to photos.
