Use the same email address that was entered when the original order was placed.

You may need to confirm item details or upload a photograph during the request.

The Return Center will guide you through each part of the request. Only submit the item or items you intend to return.

Open the Return Center
Select Start Your Return to leave this page and open the secure Curete Return Center.

Locate your order
Enter your order number and the email address used when the order was placed.

Select your return
Choose the item you wish to return and complete the requested return information. You may be asked to provide a photograph.

Submit and watch your inbox
Submit the request and keep the confirmation email for your records. Additional return updates will be sent by email.
