Curete has a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the day the item was delivered by the brand's carrier to request a return. There will be absolutely no exceptions made after 15 days. Because Emmelle is individually produced for Curete customers, Emmelle returns must be processed within 7 days from the day the item was delivered. The inventory being purchased from our many Brand Partners is not Curete's. Curete Brand Partners provide Curete and our Stylists with access to their valuable inventory. This access is a privilege for us to have. Not abiding by the policy could jeopardize continued relationships with our Partners. Stylists will have the ability to accommodate and refund their customers after the 15 day window or 7 day window for Emmelle by purchasing the item(s) themselves, with the ability to then re-sell the items, and the stylist will receive full commissions when the stylist repurchases the item. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
To start a return, click on "Start A Return" under the menu item "STYLIST RESOURCES". If you have any questions, please review the how-to video in the "Stylist Recourses" portion of this website. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be credited. 
Damages and Product Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can promptly take the necessary actions to correct the problem.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
